Pray, because God listens and heals.

"If I shut up the heavens so that there is no rain, or if I command the locust to devour the land, or if I send pestilence among my people... 

...if my people, who are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land... 

...Now mine eyes shall be open, and mine ears attent, unto the prayer that is made in this place. For now have I chosen and hallowed this house, that my name may be there for ever; and mine eyes and my heart shall be there perpetually." 

 - 2 Chronicles 7:13-16

Lately, I've been pondering my life in the last year. God has done so many things in my life and in my family.  I thank Him that He cares enough to answer my prayers. Through everything He has taught me to trust Him and come to Him with my worries and fears. 

God knows the prayer of your heart. 

I want to encourage you to call on Him today. "Cast your cares on Him...because He cares for you." He wants to hear from you. He knows what your struggling with and He cares. Tell Him what is on your mind today. Tell Him what is going on and ask Him for grace, mercy and healing. Trust Him... listen to Him... and seek after Him today.
